Dr. Ke received diploma in electronics engineering from Taipei Institute of Technology in 1982, the M.S.E. degree in electrical engineering from Tatung Institute of Technology in 1987, and both the M.S.C. and Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, USA, in 1996. Dr. Ke joined Taipei Tech since 1987. Currently, he is a professor of Computer Science and Information Engineering, National Taipei University of Technology, Taiwan, ROC.
